Seasonal Notes: Season 3 delivered a full bodied honey from the red bloodwood and eucalyptus trees. High in medicinal kino and earthy sweetness. From Autumn 24' this honey is now a well aged harvest. Medicinal properties will continue to ripen for up to 36 months.
Story: This honey reflects a memorable season of beekeeping on Bundjalung country. In the Spring of 24' offered a heavy nectar flow from the eucalyptus that has not been seen since. This vintage also celebrates the dawning of a new era in Apiculture.
