Seasonal Notes:  Season 3 delivered a full bodied honey from the red bloodwood and eucalyptus trees. High in medicinal kino and earthy sweetness. From Autumn 24' this honey is now a well aged harvest at over 22 months. 

Story: Our honey reflects a full season of beekeeping on Bundjalung country. In Spring the season begins with natural comb building. Royal jelly and propolis fill the hive and soon begins the Summer nectar flow. Pollen is gathered delivering essential amino acids. Nectar slowly turns to honey with enzymatic activity and within optimal temperature and humidity. And slowly but surely this vintage honey matures, ripening fully in the late Autumn. This wild honeycomb is then hand pressed and sealed to preserve a season of healthy sweetness.
