6 month aged in bottle, naturally fermented Honeywater.
Created with a 3 year aged honey and pure water soured from Big Scrub, Bundjalung.
A refreshing and energising tonic.
Our sweet variety is similar to a Trójniak which translates to "three parts" and refers to a category of Polish mead made with a honey to water ratio of approximately 1:2. A Trójniak will greatly reward cellaring.
Light honeywater is similar to a hydromel. Dry, effervescent and lively.
