In the Australian bush, our Red Bloodwood tree blooms in creamy white flowers in the late summer and combines with a unique resinous kino for a balance of sweetness and medicinal strength. In hive ageing of honey allows optimal temperature for maturation through the ripening period. This wild honeycomb is then hand pressed and sealed for a rich complexity of pollen, royal jelly and propolis.
